Leadership for Emerging Lean Leaders

Effective Lean leaders build strong relationships to influence outcomes and results, but you do not need a leadership title (supervisor, manager, director, etc.) to exercise influence. Leadership is a mindset that emerges inside and outside the workplace.

Leadership training positively impacts an organization. Leaders provide an opportunity to strengthen their organizations and positively impact the lives of their customers and their business.

Leadership for Emerging Lean Leaders is a one-day workshop led by Senior Organizational Development Consultant Michelle Wyman designed for new or aspiring leaders. Michelle has influenced the effectiveness of more than 300 leaders in manufacturing and healthcare environments through leadership training and coaching. Whether you are interested in a formal leadership role in the future or merely want to increase your ability to make a positive difference, this interactive session will help you develop your leadership mindset in an organization pursuing Lean thinking.

  • Introduce a proven Leadership Model
  • Explore and differentiate among leadership styles and their impacts
