Engagement summary
On-going engagement to develop, customize and deliver Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training for engineers, leaders and staff at the shipyard. Lean East is the primary instructor for each training session.
Previous project work includes supporting standardization of processes, documenting procedures, and trade training.
