Construction: CRM, proposal, and operating systems support, dashboards, strategic planning, and process improvements with teams in multiple areas as businesses grow and expand.
Government: Multi-year engagements for multiple departments in several states, with work including current and target state process diagrams, key performance indicators, coaching and training in Lean Six Sigma, etc.
Insurance: Operational assessment, Lean Six Sigma training, process improvement coaching, strategic planning facilitation and support, project management support, and team building.
