Lean East was initially hired to map and lead improvements for the sales process and transfer the three Springer’s locations to a new Point-of-Sale (POS) system. Lean East helped the team identify the current state processes and true root-cause issues. The team cancelled the POS conversion project (saving many thousands of dollars) and instead focused on improving the true root cause issues. Lean East continued to support the team build a better management team and a dashboard of KPIs. The success of the team achieving their financial goals was integral to the company surviving the COVID pandemic and thriving again in 2021. Lean East has also provided leadership development training in two sessions in 2021 and 2023.
