Lean East provided an Introduction to Lean Healthcare session for Portland Gastro employees and then helped leaders and employees apply that learning through multiple process improvement projects, simplifying and updating the processes to focus on patient value. President Steve Musica also facilitated strategic planning retreats for the ownership team using the PERFORMANCE™ process align the team on a vision for the future with clearly defined actions.
