Details:

We cover core concepts from the American Society of Quality Book of Knowledge (ASQ-BOK).  An important differentiation in our offering is our focus on team Leadership and Facilitation.

We believe that our Lean Six Sigma Green Belt students will have the greatest success in their endeavors when they have skills in working with the people and teams involved in their processes and value streams. No other course puts equal emphasis on leadership skills as much as ours. Our experienced instructors know how important this is.

The course introduces Lean Six Sigma principles, problem-solving methods, and tools and methods for removing waste from processes and reducing process variation. Topics include PDCA, DMAIC, A3 thinking, process metrics, voice of the customer, and mistake-proofing.
