Lean East offers improvement training courses and workshops designed to introduce the benefits of Lean Continuous Improvement methods, leadership principles, and project team execution. All courses are appropriate for all levels of an organization unless otherwise noted. This includes individual contributors, managers, and senior staff.

Discounts may be offered for multiple attendees from one organization. If you have 8 or more attendees, please contact us before registering. Grant funding may also be available to pay for part of the training costs for frontline workers.
