Lean East is seeking a summer intern to partner with the President and members of the Lean East team as we create new online marketing and training programs.
Lean East now has over five years of monthly blog posts covering business and personal improvement topics. Some of these posts have become extremely popular, with thousands of views by business leaders and professionals. Lean East would like to develop new marketing channels for sharing our improvement content and then training workshops or tools that will help our fans. In other words, we want help in some of the areas below:
- new social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Clubhouse, etc.)
- website and newsletter improvements
- Youtube video content
- audio/podcast content
- online training tools
Job Requirements
Interested candidates must be ambitious and excited about learning. We are seeking a candidate with limited marketing and business development experience who wants to gain experience or a college student who wants to learn about innovation, entrepreneurship, and continuous improvement.
The position is primarily online so the intern can live anywhere in the world. We are an equal opportunity employer but only English speakers and writers will be hired. The job details (hours, assignments, pay, etc.) will depend upon the abilities and interests of the candidate. A successful internship in 2021 could result in an ongoing position with Lean East.
