Lean Innovation Summary
Lean East Founder and President Steve Musica has a long history of supporting start-up businesses with Strategic Planning and Lean Innovation. Steve was the President and co-founder of several clean energy companies from 2010 to 2015 and has supported New England based technology start-ups in the years since then. Steve has been a mentor and judge for the Maine Center for Entrepreneurs (MCE) Top Gun program, a trainer for the MCE Visionary Leadership program, and is currently a member of the Maine Angels. He recently mentored an aquaculture start-up that was beginning to sell their product.
Steve prefers to focus his Lean Innovation, engineering, operations, and quality system expertise on technology companies. He has extensive background and experience in the areas of Biotech, Clean Tech, and Healthcare/Medical Devices.
