Learn about the methodology that entrepreneurs are using to develop a product or service that customers will pay for – faster. Serial entrepreneur and certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Steve Musica will share five principles of Lean Innovation and teach a simple process that entrepreneurs and innovators can use to launch a new product. “Lean” processes have had the “fat” or “waste” removed from them and are fully focused on customer value. By focusing on customer value earlier in the process, startups can learn when to push forward and when to pivot.

The session will cover ideas from Lean, Eric Ries’s book The Lean Startup, Innovation Engineering, Design Thinking, Agile Methodologies, and the speaker’s personal experiences. Numerous examples will be shared and the audience will have time to ask questions.
